You got me slipping, tumbling, sinking, fumbling

Another outfit relying on pants, and all because of my supreme ability to hurt myself (not long time ago I slipped on the stairs). So, this time I was walking with my dog Elvis and all of a sudden our neighbours' pooch scared us both. The next moment I was on my knees and the material under my poor knees (and right palm) was hard asphalt. Everything felt unreal and quite painful to be honest but I continued our long walk like a true warrior. And the result of my tiny misfortune? A scratched palm, one bruised knee and one bloody knee. Pretty decent, I know. By the way, I'm still not completely sure about what happened but I guess I walked into Elvis who got scared and jumped in front of me when he saw the other dog. But enough of that now. At least you know why I'm into pants so frequently (no change in my next outfit as well). What do you, guys, think? Is this simply bad luck or what?

Anyhow, this outfit originates from the 25th of March when I and E. visited my great-aunt together with my grandparents in Viljandi. Lightsome shopping in Seppälä produced me a pair of turquoise leggings (3,17.- euros) and feather earrings (2,98.- euros). I also made a small collage of some other random March photos which I wanted to show you.
So, I hope you like what I've chosen and be sure to let me know what you think! :)

ps. Less than two months left until my first official vacation this year, yay!

I was wearing: cardigan - CNC convince /thrifted/; leather-like pants - Lindex /thrifted/; belt - Diesel; lace top - Lindex; boots - Sempre; pearl necklace - unknown.

  3. Oh No Maikeni! So sorry to hear about Elvis having a scare attack and then you were dragged along. I hope your knee is recovering. The jacket in this outfit post is stunning! I really love the style as well as the pants!

  4. You are right Maiken...the cardi does look a lot like the skirt part of the LBD I festered. It's gorgeous and completely wearable...in fact, I think I'd wear it all the time! I love how you styled it, those pants and are amazing. So sorry about your run-in with the dog....and the ground! I'm sure it was just a fluke.

  7. Ohhhh no, so sorry to hear about your accident! I hope the scars heel quickly.

Your feather earrings are so cute, but then again I LOVE all things feathery hehe! ^^ Cute look, I think I've said this before but those boots are seriously cool :) Vacation news, so nice! Plans to go somewhere..? I'd love to go abroad, it's been almost one year since my small city holiday to Riga!

Thank you for the comment:) That hedgehog sure looks so sweet.
Too bad you didn't get those mint jeans. I've also tried on a pair but they were way too expensive ones.

    2. Ohh really ! My mum is going there in few weeks with two friends ^^ It's supposed to be a beautiful city full of culture and things to see. Sigulda is more unfamiliar to me, must check that up now.

  8. What a strange little accident you had! But then again, anything can happen with a dog; I used to be a dog walker and I got all kinds of odd scrapes and bruises! No one could blame you for wearing pants in winter, anyway - two days of snow sounds very unpleasant, I hope it gets better soon :)

  22. great photography once again. Awesome close ups and details of your outfit. You look really gorgeous, I love the furry coat, what a fabulous find! Look perfect against the leather pants. And the red accents is very appropriate. One of my favorite outfits of yours! Well done Maiken, Turquoise is such a beautiful color and how nice to find a pair of tights in that color, I like it with the matching feather earrings too. And that pair of shoes is amazing...gorgeous design! Sorry to hear about your fall must be really bad.

  36. Hehehe hahaha ♥ I DO have loads (too much) stuff. I've gone through them (also school papers, memories etc.) and got rid of some completely useless items first. There's also so much good clothes, accessories and jewels that I would rather sell than throw / give away ( because I'm not very rich myself ) .. Of course it's really thoughtful to donate things, I have three full bags of clothing for that purpose actually ^^

    I hope you're having a lovely Easter !

  40. Hey :)

Sorry to hear you fell over! I always fall over too. In March I fell down my stairs twice! Not just a slip down a few steps - properly tumbled down and landed at the bottom. Sadly wearing trousers wouldn't help me :L And trousers look so cute on you anyway - another great outfit!! Beautiful pictures, your dog is adorable!

    Happy Easter :D
