Prague haul and Oasap giveaway

So, this is my last post about Prague, at least for the time being.
On the 1st of June which, by the way, was the fifth and the final day, we didn't do any sightseeing. Our driver from Prague Airport Transfers simply picked us up at the reception of our hotel around 08:45 AM and drove us to the airport through the extremely intense traffic. Obviously we did some "mandatory airport shopping" there and incidentally our flight was delayed for not far from an hour. And when we finally arrived in chilly Estonia, my toes started to freeze instantly, without any delay. Now I highly miss the pleasantly warm, even enjoyably hot Prague weather.

I was wearing: tunic/dress worn as a top - /thrifted/; skirt - Sheinside; watch - D&G; peep shoes - Topshop.

And when everything else is said and done, we come around to my purchases from Prague, or actually the preview of the greater part. Therefore, I'll start with the beauty products (from left to right):

* Clinique Lashes Top to Bottom set -
the kit features Clinique's top-selling and at the same time my all-time favourite High Impact Mascara (x2) and Bottom Lash Mascara (x1) which is specially designed for the small, hard-to-reach lashes on the eye's lower rim. It features a micro-mini brush and precision application, also a smear-resistant formula, according to the brand.
And I was lucky to get it because this fresh-baked set was created only some months ago!

* Manufaktura Beer Hair Shampoo and Beer Hair Balm -
both contain pure Czech beer and grain extracts which make hair stronger and naturally bright, also reduce its fragility and give it a fresh look. The hop content supports hair growth and calms scalp. I definitely have to mention the delicious bitter-sweet flavour that lasts for days and I love it though the balm doesn't unfortunately make big combing wonders when it comes to my curly hair. Both products are good and I have to wash my hair only twice or thrice a week, not every other day like earlier.
By the way, beer is a unique source of vitamins and minerals with regenerative effects and I'm happy with the shine those two products deliver. It's so important when you're an owner of rather long and considerably thick hair.

* The Body Shop Strawberry Shower Gel and Chocomania Shower Cream -
I had to upgrade my shower gel reserve which was actually non-existent anyway and I already knew those 250 ml TBS shower products last for several, even for many months though I take a shower every single day. I guess it's even not necessary to point out how heavenly those two smell!

Anyhow, now the preview of the not yet worn (aside from the bag) accessories and clothes.
In addition to my Topshop Jazzhands glitter peep shoes in nude I purchased some Topshop laundry (the pretty mug is from Patrik Daič, a Czech ceramist), blue Lacoste camera bag (which I already use as an everyday handbag because the handle is super comfortable and I love the simple yet classy design) and F&F ottoman rib dress in mint. I also got a pair of fancy snake print pants, beautiful kimono blazer and a 2-pack of socks, all from the well-known H&M.
I didn't make heaps of purchases since I'm utterly choosy but I truly love everything I got, so be sure to tell me what you think because I also love hearing from you :)

Additionally I simply have to tell you about an amazing giveaway hosted by Oasap.

  3. I really love the skirt you're wearing. :) Too bad you didn't take more pics of the shoes, the heels look absolutely gorgeous !

I have to say, I really love the fact that you write so much about the beauty items you buy, like mini-reviews. :D And I wouldn't say you didn't shop much - I think you found a lot of stuff in Prague ! It's good to be picky and not buy everything you see.

Thanks for your help, by the way. I've had some trouble with my blogger account for a week or so. My comments don't always go through and the bloglist seems to disappear every now and then. Refreshing the page doesn't help, so I switched from Firefox to IE and it works.. for now. Annoying. :D I'm following you now via Bloglovin'. Does your blog have a facebook page ? :)

    Kisses!

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. mul pole (õnneks) krediitkaarti ega ka selliste omadustega deebetkaarti, nii-et välismaistes netipoodides shoppamine on minu jaoks vist põhimõtteliselt võimatu. kuigi näiteks Oasapist võtaks umbes miljon asja (mida mul muidugi üldse vaja pole, aga no võtaks ikka!)

otsisin selle TBS tšeki spetsiaalselt välja. need kaks toodet maksid kokku veidi alla 9.- euro. sportlikust huvist tsekkisin siis ka Eesti TBS hindu ja pidin pikali kukkuma.. meil maksavad need kaks kokku 14.- eurot, mis on tegelikult päris suur hinnavahe.

  34. I'm so intrigued by the idea of the beer hair treatment. It's a shame it doesn't make curly hair more combable, but it sounds like it does a lot of other good things :) I'll have to look for it whenever I finally make it to Prague! And I just have to say, I absolutely love your tunic. The colour and print are gorgeous.
