But this year we additionally discovered a place called Rutja Airfield (Estonian: Rutja lennuväli) which is a disused military airfield on the northern coast, located 13 km west of Kunda. The airfield was built during the Soviet era and until its closure in 1990 it was home to the 66th Soviet Attack Air Regiment, flying up to 45 Su-17 Fitters.
Anyhow, before driving back to Jõgeva we had to deal with massive hunger, so fresh-baked pizza from Brezza in Rakvere totally saved our day. Oh, and as usual, I succeeded in fast shopping and tracked down two tops from Lindex: a bright red crop top (
